Peperomia obtusifolia variegata (also known as Baby Rubber Plant) is a member of the Peperaceae family of plants and is native to South America. It has a straight, upright growth and fat, leathery leaves that give this plant a succulent-like look. The leaves are round and variegated green and white. The stem can get pretty substantial in size and is strong enough to hold the weight of all those heavy leaves. The Peperomia obtusifolia variegate can reach up to 12” tall and keeps a nice round shape as it grows. Plant in a well drained soil and water when the top inch of soil is dry. Give plenty of bright, indirect light.
