LIV Golf Chicago 2025: How We Built and Set Up That Giant Entrance Arch

We’re no strangers to working both ends of the chain, collaborating with the client and the client’s client. From the UAE to the US, our projects often span time zones, languages, and continents. Whether it’s the SeoulFully trade show booth, the FOL purse stage prop for Lollapalooza, or custom builds across NYC, LA, and beyond, we bring the same energy, precision, and hustle every single time.

There’s nothing like seeing a big idea come to life, especially when it involves a giant custom arch, power tools, and a lot of teamwork. So when LIV Golf, a global tournament series backed by the UAE, launched its US tour, we got the call.  Reddoor Live, brought on by LIV Golf to execute their creative vision, partnered with us to fabricate a larger-than-life entrance arch for the Chicago leg of the tour. We had the exciting task of fabricating a larger-than-life entrance arch for LIV Golf in Chicago. The twist? It has to be portable and easy to assemble and disassemble. It was a challenge, but everyone knows… we love a good challenge!

The client provided the design, and we handled the creative vision, turning it into something real, functional, and impossible to ignore. It took hard work, focus, and strong teamwork from the crew to bring it all together. Every part of this installation was a team effort, from heavy lifting to last-minute adjustments.

Before heading to the venue, we ran a full trial setup in our shop. Think of it as a giant 3D puzzle - every piece had to fit perfectly, with joints that could be taken apart and put back together without a headache. We tested, adjusted, and made sure the structure could stand tall once it reached its final destination. There were no shortcuts here, just solid craftsmanship, long hours, and serious teamwork, and we’re proud of how smoothly everything went.

This one's just the first stop. We're heading to Indianapolis next to deliver and install LIV Golf's custom event bar. Same event, different setup. We’re handling everything from fabrication and transportation to on-site setup and takedown. That’s the kind of work we do best: projects that move across states... or continents.
