Ideally reached out to us for a booth for the Corporate Researchers Conference 2025 in Chicago, and they needed it ready in no time. Their booth space measured 10x10 ft, and within that footprint, we designed and built a sleek 9.5 ft x 8 ft custom booth complete with 16" and 32" acrylic plinths.

Built and Installed in Less Than Two Weeks
We had less than two weeks to make it happen, but tight timelines are nothing new for us. Our team jumped right in and got everything ready for delivery and installation. The result was a clean, durable booth that looked sharp on the floor and was built to handle more than just one show. The frame was built from steel, solid enough to handle multiple events. We paired that with acrylic shelving and plinths in vibrant colors, delivering a sleek, polished look that reflects Ideally’s brand identity while still being strong enough to handle repeated setups.
