Shipping policy

PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

DELAYS

We will notify you via email if your order will be delayed due to high volume of orders or due to courier service issues.

 

SHIPPING RATE 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

ORDER STATUS

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@chicagofabrications.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

RETURNS

To return your product, you should mail your product to:3705 W Grand Ave., Chicago IL 60651

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
